Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register early in order to reserve your space. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Final registration must be received by March 7.
Registration must be done in the NAME OF THE PARTICIPATING STUDENT.
GROUP PROJECTS should be registered ONLY ONCE in the name of the student in the highest grade.

Parents - by filling in the boxes below, you agree that:

• Your young scientist(s) have your permission to participate in the science fair.
• Any photos or videos of your student(s), taken by PTA or submitted by you, may be included in science fair slide show and displayed during the fair.
• You will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person or animal. Samantha Smith Elementary and PTA may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
